حفظه الله تعالى The story of Qaroon, who was among the people of Prophet Moosa عليه السلام, was very arrogant and haughty because of the wealth which Allah alone had bestowed upon him. Due his arrogant nature Allah punished him by causing the earth to swallow him.

അബു ത്വാരിഖ് സുബൈര് മുഹമ്മദ്
حفظه الله تعالى മൂസാ നബി عليه السلام ന്റെ ജനതയിൽപ്പെട്ടയാളായിരുന്നു ഖാറൂൻ. അല്ലാഹു തനിക്കു നൽകിയ സ്വത്തും സമ്പത്തും കണ്ട് മതിമറന്ന് അഹങ്കാരിക്കുകയും ധിക്കാരം കാട്ടുകയും ചെയ്തു ഇയാൾ. ഒടുവിൽ ഭൂമിയെക്കൊണ്ടു വിഴുങ്ങിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് അല്ലാഹു ഖാറൂ നിനെ ശിക്ഷിച്ചു.
